Colliding with Purpose

I’m always eager to share my experiences and the knowledge gleaned from them with others. It’s one of my favorite parts of my creative practice. I like going beyond the “page” and connecting with people face to face… to inspire, enlighten, and provoke creative self-expression (and I try to make it entertaining, of course)

I am so grateful and honored my dear friend, Tawanna, gave me the opportunity to debut my “Inspired Journaling” workshop at her “Caring for the Caregiver” self-care retreat this past weekend. A day devoted to giving full-time caregivers the time, space, and encouragement to care for themselves as well as arming them with “tools” to help remind them to put their oxygen masks on first. It was an incredible experience! Seeing first-hand the impact it had on them is something I’ll never forget.

Being a writer, a creative coach, an influencer, a speaker/podcaster, attempting to live a single-serving life… everything I’ve ever done collided at that moment and (re)defined my purpose.

I know why I’m here… and I can’t wait to do it again!
